ClearView Grease Management System When we tested this grill, and asked our owners what was most important to them, we found grease management to be a huge sticking point! Because of that, we spent extra time to design a dual-reservoir system that will make grease-trap clogs and overflow a thing of the past. Nobody wants a breezy day to ruin a good cook, and we definitely don't want to put our grill away for winter either! So how did we fix that? With Grilla Grills signature double wall insulation. Double-Wall Insulated Lid We've heard time and time again that wind is a killer when working on a gas grill or griddle. Once one burner is ignited, the subsequent burners will automatically ignite without having to depress the ignition button again, as long as they are open for gas to flow. (Natural Gas hookup sold separately.) With four lines of burners which can be run together, or independently, the Primate pumps out 60,000 BTU of cooking power! When starting your Primate, the electrical igniter will continue to spark as you hold down the soft-rubber toggle.
